We are looking for experienced Social Media Content Specialists that are available to work a combination of shifts, including days - 8AM to 4PM North American Central Time, evenings - 4PM to 12AM North American Central Time, and overnight shifts - 12AM to 8AM North American Central Time throughout the week AND on weekends, to join our growing team. What awaits you? <ul><li>Review, monitor, moderate, and respond to comments posted to our clients’ social channels on behalf of our clients using their unique brand voice. </li><li>Craft creative written content to encourage participation and increase engagement across our clients’ social channels. </li><li>Provide our clients’ audience with an excellent experience through the clients’ social channels. </li><li>Escalate issues, observations, opportunities, and insights through the relevant channels. </li><li>Understand our clients’ social media strategy, tone-of-voice, and brand guidelines, to communicate with their audience efficiently. </li><li>Ensure the online community's safety policies and brand guidelines are being followed by all members. </li><li> </li><li> </li></ul>Qualifications What You'll Bring: <ul><li>Native fluency in English AND Spanish. </li><li>Exceptional written communication (spelling, grammar, syntax, etc.) in English AND Spanish. </li><li>Permanent residency in Canada OR US. </li><li>Open and flexible availability, with NO limitations, to work a combination of the eight-hour shifts throughout the week AND weekends. </li><li>Professional experience moderating and engaging across all social media platforms. </li><li>Experience writing, editing, and creating engaging content in the social media space using brand voice while following established guidelines. </li><li>The ability to tailor your written tone and voice to match each customer. </li><li>Exceptional customer service skills. </li><li>Knowledge of, experience with, and a genuine interest in content being moderated in multiple industries. </li><li>Reliable high-speed internet with no data restrictions. </li><li>An active Facebook account. </li><li> </li><li> </li></ul>NOTE: Full-time (32-40 hours per week) and part-time (24-32 hours per week) opportunities are available. All shifts are 8 hours in length with the expectation to be available to work a combination of the shifts/days outlined above. Additional Information The hourly pay range for this position is $16.75 to $17.00 CAD or the minimum wage in your province of residence - whichever is higher. Actual hourly pay within the hourly range will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, and skills. A range of medical, dental, RRSP, paid time off, and/or other benefits also are available to all hourly employees working a minimum of 22 hours a week.
