<li style="font-size:12.0pt;color:black">Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or other related discipline.</li>
<li style="font-size:12.0pt;color:black">More than two years of actuarial experience.</li>
<li style="font-size:12.0pt;color:black">Working towards ACAS designation; 4 CAS exams an asset.</li>
<li style="font-size:12.0pt;color:black">Advanced knowledge of actuarial science, mathematics, probability, statistics, principles of finance and business, and strong ability to apply this knowledge to problems in insurance.</li>
<li style="font-size:12.0pt;color:black">Ability to proactively identify issues and initiate actions.</li>
<li style="font-size:12.0pt;color:black">Strong attention to detail when performing analysis with minimal technical errors.</li>
<li style="font-size:12.0pt;color:black">Strong oral and written communication skills, demonstrating the ability to convey complex business and actuarial terminology and insights that are meaningful to and well received by the intended audience.</li>
<li style="font-size:12.0pt;color:black">Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Python, SQL, R, and/or other related software/programming languages.</li>
<li style="font-size:12.0pt;color:black">Experience with machine learning techniques an asset.</li>
<li style="font-size:12.0pt;color:black">Experience working with AWS tools such as S3, Athena, Redshift and Glue, or equivalent tools in a different cloud environment an asset.</li>
