Peace Hills General Insurance Company has been serving Western Canada since 1982 with home, auto and business insurance products. Our head office is in Edmonton, Alberta, with branch offices in Calgary and Vancouver. We currently employ over 250 staff who work with more than 1,000 broker offices across British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, the Northwest Territories, Nunavut and Yukon Territory. Our organization was founded in a unique situation and we continue to be a one-of-a kind insurance company. We are proudly owned by Samson Cree Nation, who were looking for a new venture in which to invest their oil and gas royalties in the early ‘80’s. It just so happened that an insurance company was available for purchase and the rest is the beginning of our history. Our mission statement is to be a unique insurance company that truly cares. We are committed to embodying this statement through every channel of our business, and as such, committed to best serving the communities in which we operate. We feel this is best met by continuing to distribute our product through the insurance broker network. We are also committed to providing exceptional claim services that ensure claims are managed in a consistent, yet flexible, reasonable and fair manner with our clients. Our competitive products and exceptional service more than match up to our competitors, and we would love to have the chance to show you!
